neighborhood area felt safe even to walk to at night, it is super close to good restaurants shopping and ventura beaches, it's in a great location with water activities restaurants and shopping in walking distance, amazing location and very comfortable accommodations will be revisiting, the amenities were spectacular from comfortable bedding to the delicious morning coffee provided, the houseboat is tastefully designed (minimal modern) and the amenities and furnishings are new comfortable quality and thoughtful, the ladder up to the room was extremely safe and secure, the beds were super comfortable and we had everything we could have needed/wanted, everything was very clean and it felt very safe during covid, it was very clean had everything we needed, its a beautiful well-appointed spotlessly clean space, so well-designed and spotless we loved our stay, super clean and super cool had everything needed for a great weekend, jess was an awesome host she was super responsive and helpful, jessica is a fantastic hostresponsive and helpful, the floathaus offers a unique boathouse experience and the location is perfect, we had an incredible stay at the floathaus the location is so quiet and relaxing, the floathaus is truly one of the best experiences of summer the most perfect place to unplug and relax, the place was clean and bigger then expected, the suite was extremely clean and had all that we needed for an enjoyable stay, ryan the host was really quick at responding and so helpful, and of course an added bonus the host provides paddle boards snorkel gear etc, if you enjoy unique experiences you won't forget anytime soon you'll definitely love this place, historic houseboat with modern conveniences, coeur d'alene, idaho, brian was a great host and super easy to communicate with, overall we had an incredible time brian is a great host who communicates well and is really helpful, peaceful location with private beach area and firepit, the location offers seclusion there are so many things they offer for everybodys entertainment, fun location excellent for a little getaway thats not your average hotel room, awesome location with sunsets that cant be beat, wonderful location brian was an amazing host, dragonfly floating cabin, florence, oregon, the bed was comfortable and the photos shown are very accurate, the beds were a little hard but it was all part of the adventure, the food was great clean and really wonderful people, the cabin itself was very clean and made us feel right at home, very cute clean little cabin along the dock at a resort, staff was polite and restaurant food very good, the hosts rich and lori were very hospitable, my partner and i had an amazing experience the hosts were very nice and accommodating, rich and lori were very nice people and excellent hosts, it was nice having the restaurant/pub close by to hangout, Memorable NYE: 14 Hotels With Views Of The Times Square Ball Drop, NY -
